Appointments and Drop Offs
To allow plenty of time for all patient visits and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. While we work hard to stay on schedule, emergency cases receive top priority, so occasionally a scheduled appointment is delayed.
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. You can drop off your pet sometime in the morning and our doctors will complete the exam as time permits during the day. When the doctor is finished, we will call you to go over the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions. For the safety of all the animals in our care, vaccinations on all pets must be up to date.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we try to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to keep all patients on a leash or in a carrier while in the waiting room.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, personal checks, ScratchPay, and Care Credit.
Privacy Policy
Crestview Veterinary Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients, our patients, and anyone who visits our site. We do not collect or give out any information to third-party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our website hosting company.
Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information given out about the client or the pet without the consent of the owner.
